NBA owners see the marketing possibilities with the Rui-Nator. From what I saw of him last summer, he's a great, friendly young man with an infectious smile.

I can see him as a top-20 pick in the 2018 draft, hope that he lands in Dallas. The Mavs are high-lottery bound this year, so they will probably trade Noel for someone's pick in that range.
