Good luck, KB; that 45% 3 point shooting is a happy memory.

Yes he was a walk on. Probably our best ever. Better than Mike Hart. He ended up a starter for 2 years I think. He was a great 3 point shooter. When I was coaching HS basketball he came along with two coaches too put on a basketball clinic at the HS I worded at. He's a great guy. I'm happy to hear this. He's going to be a good imo. He's from Walla Walla.

IIRC he was a "preferred" walk on; they wanted him to come but no schollie.

Wound up with a schollie, STARTING on the #2 ranked team in the country.

The best. The trio of DD, Blake and KB were wonderful.

Have you been to Mediterranean harbor at shelter Cove? We went there this past year and it was awesome. We go to Hilton head every June for my birthday and always try different restaurants. We went to fish camp this year as well and I thought it was kind of overrated.

Averaged 17.5 for 26-3 state 4a champ; Big Nine conference MVP; all state. Not your average walk-on.

He taught my speech class how to shoot free throws. That instantly boosted me from a 30% shooter to a 55% shooter with a 5 minute speech. I've never played basketball beyond ymca 10 year old stuff in my defense.

Wasn't Kyle too short?

Congrats to a good man.

Yes, it was very good and authentic too! Not a big fish eater but do play golf.

Hopefully, next June we can get together...live right up the road in Bluffton.
