Heading to F.X. McRory's tomorrow for the GU watch party. We had about 100 there on Thursday. Place was fired up. People were doing GU chants and the ceiling on the place about came off when Mathews hit "the shot."
I've attended a few of these over the years in Seattle. Most were disappointingly small, quiet crowds. But this was different. Lots of excitement/energy.
I understand the one in Fremont draws 200-300.
