I was yelling at the tv to have Few pull you, to stop shooting.

You proved me dead wrong with one of the biggest shots in team history.

That's spot on to say. The loudest I yelled too was in the 1st half on a Mathews miss. Guess we just gotta have faith in these Zags! It's beginning to look like destiny!

he had a rough 1st half for sure, and 3s were definitely not the norm in this game, but they sure as heck decided it!

I had a hunch all season long that he was going to hit one of the biggest shots of the season late in a close NCAA tournament game. Just a hunch...

Nowadays, with his backcourt mates facing what they are, I find myself hoping that Mathews is putting up 5-6 tehree point shots a half. We know Mathews doesn't play scared, even if maybe he sometimes should be. I'd rather take my lumps with a guy not afraid enough than with guys too afraid.

Yeah, NWG got his pocket picked all day long going in the lane, but he kept going, and drawing that little "oopsie" foul (when they were down 3) to make those 2 FTs and put us down one.

So, I'd just assume let the upperclassmen play fearless and let the chips fall where they may.

Yep I was crushing him before the two 3's in the 1st half. Such a man to keep shooting and NO hesitation to hit the big shot to win the game!

I'd put that shot in the top 5. A few others that come to mind are:

The tip-in in 99 that started it all
Morrison off the glass against Ok St. in Seattle
Coast to coast by Meetch in 2009

We could win the NC on a buzzer beater and the tip in will still be the best ever. Just like 95 mariners will forever be my favorite season
