Karno plays one of his best games as a Zag, makes one bad pass into the stands and Few hooks him? Give him one Mark Few...everyone who has played the game of basketball knows the potential consequences of being hooked.

Ya think Few may have noticed Karno was a little tired and needed a blow....or.....you could be right that Few is a Dumb Ass and doesn't know the consequences

In addition to what Zion said, maybe he took him out because SMC was fouling late and Few wanted a better ft shooter and ball handler. Sheesh!

Also gave Few the opportunity to put a better FT shooter in, at least until Zach fouled out. Zach learned a lot last night, he'll be a beast for us the rest of the season. He hasn't had consecutive mediocre games this year.

Karno has a ton of pride. But if his pride is hurt by getting the hook, he's more than man enough to either write it off or save any rejoinder for just the right time and a time that wouldn't hurt the team. He's Karno after all !!

Free throw substitution. Nothing more.

Pulling Shem at that point was a good move. He'd already had tweaked the ankle, was pretty gassed, and we had a protectable lead. He'd done his job. Let him go out on high note.

This.

He has a guy on the bench who plays excellent defense and shoots FTs at 78%

Not sure if we are talking the same moment, but at one point right after Shem tweaked his ankle and got clobbered I thought it was a situation where MF thought he might be a tad overly emotional at that moment, gassed or both.

I think some may be missing the sarcasm/trolling in the OP

Santangelo said after the airmail pass out of bounds, in great Few fashion, that Few got after every other player on the floor instead of Shem, because Shem shouldn't have been put in that position in the first place. Few was upset with the other four players, not Shem. So relating the taking out of the game as punishment to Shem is not accurate.

Sadly, I don't think so.
