WCC website says they are on sale today at noon (ten minutes ago), but I can't find where to buy them. Any ideas?

After trying Orleans Areas web WCC web, ticketmaster web and 800 box office number, I called the Arena number and was told the noon on sale time has been "pushed back" and that I should keep trying.

Thanks. I'll keep hitting the refresh button then.

I got the same response from the WCC offices.

Anyone have any success? Now saying they go onsale at 5pm Pacific and ONLY for the semis and finals. This seems odd, can't imagine that the quarterfinals sold out without ever being on sale to the public? Not to mention, the first round. Surprise, surprise - tournament passes available for a steep premium on the new reseller "fan exchange" website. One of my favorite parts of this tournament in the past was the relative ease of ticket sales. That seems to have gone out the window this year.

Shameless plug for the Bulldog Club :) For $250/year you can get WCC all games (Men's & Women's) tickets in December (maybe it was November?). If you're local there are chances to get Zags tickets at $25-$60 too. There are some other perks as well. For more info: http://www.gozags.com/ot/bulldog-club.html

Same problem as everyone else. No straight answers from anyone. Can't understand how they can sell Monday and Tuesday tickets but can't sell tickets to a nearly empty arena for Thursday? When you call other schools they say they don't even know how many tickets they will have to sell? Could this be handled more poorly. Did anyone else get an email yesterday from some "foundation' saying that as a past WCC customer that you could buy tickets if you gave them a $750 donation?

Looks to me like the WCC has stepped on it's........what a disaster for those wanting to buy tickets, but don't belong to a supporting club. My wife and I have gone to this tourney for 3 years and NEVER had this problem before. Looks like our days of attending have ended...:(

No. But I got an email from a Nigerian Prince, a long lost German Uncle, and my bank's customer service all asking for money or information. What was strange was my bank misspelled their name.

On the Orlean Arena's for WCC tickets it says this:

A limited number of semifinal/championship ticket packages for the men’s games on Monday, March 6 and Tuesday, March 7 will be on sale soon. All other sessions are at capacity at this time.

I clicked the buy link as soon as it was available and it said they were all sold out. Hm.

That would be a shame. I have been to the WCC tournament in Vegas all but one year it has been hosted at the Orleans (my daughter go married the one year I missed). I usually buy my tickets in advance through the Bulldog Club but have always seen tickets on sale either at the walk up counter on day of or through fans from teams that lost early (in concourse leading to arena). They usually do a call out at the pre-game social to ask if anyone has tickets to sell.

My advice.. don't give up, you will be able to buy your tickets through Orleans prior to the event. If not, come anyway and buy your tickets on the day of the event. This tournament is going to be fun to watch. Mark Few's 496, 497 and 498 career wins.

Best I can tell, they make most fans buy a all tourney pass. When their team is not playing their seat is still sold, results in a near empty gym for some games & yet no tickets available. Going to cancel my flight & hotel, will watch on TV when available. Money saved may allow going to Ncca tourney games.

This year's ticket hassles reinforced our group's decision to take in the games at a sportsbook or sportsbar on the Strip. We'll still enjoy Vegas but without the hassle of The Orleans. And, the money we used to spend on the All-Session passes will subsidize our bar bill, green fees, and meals.

It doesn't look like I'll be going to the WCC Tournament next month. I have opportunity to purchase two lower level tickets with a face value cost. Email me if interested.

So you think day of game tickets will be available? I am willing to fly there if it is a reasonable chance to purchase tickets. GO ZAGS

All I can say is that the Orleans has sold tickets on day of game every year I have been to the tournament. I'd hate to see you travel to Vegas just to find out that they aren't doing that this year. Based on my past experiences, there will be tickets available either through scalpers or walk up window.

GU has enjoyed a home court advantage based on fan attendance every year I have been to the Orleans. In fact, the "this is OUR house" chant is loud by end of each game. I'd hate to see that trend change based on the fact the Orleans is making it difficult to buy tickets this year. I hope you find tickets and make it to the games.

You can ALWAYS get tickets at events. Always. But not necessarily at the box office. I've gone to the Olympics without a ticket and gone to every event I wanted without paying much more than face. There are always fans from other schools selling tickets in the hallway to the Orleans Arena and there are scalpers. It takes a little effort, but I wouldn't let not having a ticket in hand keep from getting on the airplane and going to Vegas.

Not sure if I should post this, but I just purchased 2 all sessions tickets from Pacific. Cost was $190 per ticket plus a $375 donation to their athletic program. Phone number is 209-946-2285 and ask for Aaron Morales in the athletic department.

They are currently selling a ticket package for the semi-final games and championship games via the Orleans website. They are currently for sale right now and available.
