So, Yale scores 49 in BOTH halves? Great adjustments, Huskies. Way to bear down on defense and hold the home court.

My word, just awful, though Yale isn't bad, but, wow.

Yale was predicated to win Ivy League this year.

Also, Yale has the expected Conference POY.

UW still scored 90, & their young talent put up great #, their defense is just behind the offense. Zags are vice versa at the moment.

Ivy League getting better talent that given credit for, for.instance, Harvard has 3 of the ESPN 100 coming in next season.

Yales star is out for the season with a broken foot.

Yale star Makai Mason will miss the season after suffering a broken right foot during a closed scrimmage on Saturday.

Give Yale's James Jones a TON of credit. Just beat Washington— after losing his best player, Makai Mason, to season-ending injury last week.

So bad from both Santa Clara and UW. Really think UW will have a long season as I believe the PAC-12 will have a good year and the huskies will be far down the standings.

He's out for the season with an injury and to add insult to injury, pun intended, the Ivy League doesn't have red shirts so he has to withdraw for the year.

He has to withdraw from school to save a year on the court?

If that's the case, I'd transfer, immediately. Yale's great, Ivy league is great, but so is Duke, UVA, ND, Vanderbilt, Rice, Stanford - lots of high academic schools where he wouldn't lose a year.

Had never heard that one before, Spy.

Not sure that one even gets out of an Ivy League Logic 101 class!

Was able to watch a lot of the Washington-Yale game - just seemed like Yale played great team ball, lots of assists, pick & rolls, etc. and Washington was more one on one on the offense end. Wasn't impressed - but still way too early to see how good this UW team could be. Fultz does have some great skills...

The Parrish Podcast folks at CBS are already making the Ben Simmons comparison with Fultz. They reminded folks that it is still too early to judge UW, and that even if UW implodes, it doesn't mean that Fultz will implode like Simmons did at LSU.
