    OT: RIP Pat Summit

Basketball lost a truly great one. RIP Pat.

    I'll move this later.

By all counts a great coach and an even better woman. Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord.

I remember her last NC as a kid that duel rooted for GU and UT. I cried tears of joy when she won her last one. Didn't know it would be her last and that she'd be gone so soon. Tough day

First in games won, second in championships won, first in Final Four appearances...

She is singlehandedly responsible for the advances in high school girl's, collegiate women and WNBA basketball...

Instrumental in the development of Title IX...

She was a great coach and an even better person, that helped so many young women mature as people and players...

I'm sure she is talking shop with John and Dean...

THANK YOU Coach Summit for all you accomplished!

Oh no! This is very sad news, but death comes to every door. What a life she led! God Bless you, Pat Summitt.
