What a waste of a Stanford education? The term student-athelete is sometimes a big joke.

Many people screw up their academics at one time or another, slicer. My 1st quarter @ Eastern I was overwhelmed. Add to that a more than full time job (CBB= time & travel) & you can see how some athletes might have a difficult time.

Maybe he is screwin' around; I don't know. How about the benefit of the doubt?

What information is there to suspect he is wasting away his Stanford education? Are the requirements he failed to meet Stanford's or the NCAA's? Either way, his education is not necessarily being wasted away. Sometimes C students get as much out of the education as A students.

And let's not forget, this has happened at GU and will happen again in the future.

The more that learn to read the less learn how to make a living. That's one thing about a little education. It spoils you for actual work. The more you know the more you think somebody owes you a living.
