Romar trying to make himself and UW more irrelvant than they are now. Seriously it shouldn't matter......just something to quibble over......so he has grounds to bail again. This is a 16 loss team trying to control the agenda with a Sweet 16 team instate. After a while it begins to grate on ya.
What is the latest update of opponents for the 2016-2017 schedule?
Orlando tournament and UW? Any other confirmed opponents, dates?
vs Arizona at the Staples Center in Los Angeles (still not 100% confirmed)
vs Tennessee at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville
Washington (still not decided whether it will be at GU or at UW or if it will be postponed)
AdvoCare Invitational vs 3 of the following at HP Field House in Bay Lake, Florida on Nov 24,25,&27: (Miami (FL), Iowa State, Florida, Seton Hall, Stanford, Indiana State, Quinnipiac)

That is what the Huskies are saying but it may have more to do with the fact that the Zags look to be pretty good next year.
If I remember the stories from November right, the issue was that both teams felt they had too many nonconference road games already scheduled. I was left with the impression that it was probably going to be delayed a year.
Remember, at the time these discussions were happening it looked like UW would be pretty good next year, too. Not so certain now with Murray and Chriss gone.

They also lost Andrews, who was a senior, and wouldn't have effected next years team anyway, but you lose your leader and two other solid players it's becomes, "What do I have now?"
Did those two hire agents?

Resumption of the series is dependent upon the UW being "pretty good"?
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.
