Probably won't be announced until tomorrow evening. TV scheduling largely depends on the teams involved.

7:15 EDT or 7:45 EDT would be the first games, second game 30 minutes after.

I am in Chicago for work Thursday, with a flight home to Portland at 530 Friday night. Might have to think about this one!

I'll be surprised if we get the late game with the 1 vs 4 matchup already set between UVA and Iowa St. so would guess it will be one of the early tips. 6:15 or 6:45 central like KStyles mentioned before.

There is no thinking about that situation. That is the basketball gods handing you a gift and you must accept.

So a flight out of Sea-Tac that puts me on the ground in Chicago at 2:30 local time, sounds like winner.

I have been to the WCC tournament to watch Gonzaga five times. I have been to the NCAA tournament three times (never able to see the Zags). So thrilled that this team is bringing the tournament to my backyard! This "playing with house money" run feels like we're reliving 1999. No pressure, have fun, just play! Now, just got to figure out those tickets!

Now we are really going to be pissed Carter if you head to Chi-town without rounding up your posse from out of state. Your other degenerate friends will not be happy if you don't reach out to us on this. ;) Last time you pulled this we caught you in Vegas.

We are the only reason you even graduated from this school so you better coordinate!!

Chicago Zag ... looking into how much it would cost for game tickets. You got room for an old DeSmet friend?

PS: Zag Fan. Law '76. Season Bulls ticket holder for many years sitting in the 300 level. The United Center is huge. Seats almost 24,000 with standing room. Largest arena in the NBA (I believe) If you don't bring field glasses you will miss out on the good action. Believe me I know. Same applies to the 200 level and 100 level in the corners.

Sunday tips will be at 3 and 5:30 PT, does Chicago automatically get the late game because of time zone or will they wait to see what happens Friday first?

I would think they would want the whoever wins the UNC/Indiana game in prime time so I would be surprised if the MW Regional wasn't the earlier tip on Sunday. It's all matchup driven for the networks.
