Sabonis, Wiltjer, Draganus, Mc Clellen, Perkins, Which of these players would not start on any other WCC team? If they are all starters on other teams then it is up to the coaches to draw up plays and systems to make them a very good team. If this is not happening then let's put the responsibility and accountability on the coaches where it belongs.

DS and KW would start on any team in the country. On the other hand, you would start on USD. So it's a matter of which team. None of the smalls you cite would start, maybe not even play a lot, for Mary's and BYU.Comment

I miss Karno. He would start for any team in the country, too.
He would have covered up a lot of warts.
We win at SMC if we had him and it's not really close. They scored half their points driving to the basket with KW hurt/scared of fouling, and DS scared of fouling - Karno at least provides 5 more to give at protecting the rim. In fact, one could make the argument that Edwards would be starting for SMC.Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Only two of those would start on every other WCC Team. Few has won about 10 WCC Coach of the year award from his peers...
