Tenting doesn't happen until the night before the game. Kennel Board hosed many students on ticket distribution this week. It was originally scheduled for Sunday night at 7 PM, as is the norm. My daughter made sure her flight back to Spokane would get her back in plenty of time. During the weekend KB changed distribution to 7 AM Tuesday, with lining up allowed starting no sooner than 2 AM. Well, some students didn't follow the rules and lined up much earlier. My daughter followed the rules and likely got hosed out of a ticket. The current system for allocating tickets is seriously flawed. The athletic department should be in charge, not a small group of hand-picked unaccountable students.

The KC is in charge? It didnt used to be that way. Sounds like a terrible system, ripe for abuse.

It sounds like a lot of people were upset with the process. The Bulletin wrote a story about it with some good suggestions on how to fix it. That sucks that your daughter didn't get a ticket. It sounds like she did everything right.

Looks like tent city is cooking. Temp right now is 39 degrees. What's the low predicted for tonight?

The Kennel Club is contemplating not doing Tent City for the UCLA game. They're currently running a poll which not tenting is winning. I highly encourage everyone to vote in favor of it from behind your nice warm keyboards.

If current weather conditions in Spokane continue it will not be Tent City but Swamp City by Saturday.
