UW-Zags point spread prediction

I've been impressed with UW so far. My guess is that Gonzaga will still be favored by 6.5.
Too high or low? I'm not a professional gambler, but I do have a few UW friends and a beer wager is likely.

Kenpom has GU as 12 point favorites so i would be surprised if it was lower than 9 or 10.

Yeah, spread is usually close to pomeroy's model.

We definitely can't underestimate UW, very athletic and dangerous team. If we turn the ball over like we have the last cpl of games it could nip us. If GU can manage the game well I believe we pull this one off by 8-12 points. Game plan is going to be to feed the big guys as they don't matchup with us, and the guards atleast need to keep the defense honest by naiing some long balls. Should be a very entertaining game.

I may be giving the Fuskies too many points. Methinks the Zags will be more into this game than UW. Wiltjer, Sabonis and Karnowski will all be kicking Dawg tail. It's going to be a great game - Zags are loaded with experience where they need it & Few will have the team rocking

They play fast and so do the Zags. Maybe if Few could slow down the game, the Huskies would commit more fouls. They steal like crazy but we are taller and older and we steal too.

LongIslandZag pointed out in another thread that we have more scorers. I think the depth is about equal.
