Emery has had quite the health problems.
It sounds like three of the Lone Peak players will be back next year. They won the mythical national championship several years ago.

I can relate to Emery. Dealing with numbness in your arms and hands is no fun. I don't have TOS like him but I have been dealing with a herniated disc in my neck for the past 3 years. It just cripples you since any physical activity will make it worst. I am contemplating surgery as an option since chiropractor and stretching are not helping much anymore. :(

My dad's herniated disc is in his lower back, not his neck, but Rehabilitation Pilates has made a big difference for him.

Have you tried Eastern medicine?

Acupuncture helped my neck issues...:)

Yeah I tried Acupuncture a couple of times. It worked great the same day but then back to the same thing the next morning...
