So the Huskies have had 9 commitments for the 2015 class---we should see them in Atlantis this year (although one decided not to go to uw --so actually 8 may be playing).

Noah Dickerson #52 recruit just signed on at Washington (total of 3 top 60 recruits in the 2015 class) ---the guy can recruit

Qty 6 forwards (4 PF and 2 SF)

How many of the remaining 8 will make it all 4 years at the dub?

Whether rightfully so or not they probably have a reputation amongst recruits of developing guys 3-4 star players into NBA talent. Ross, Thomas, Roy and Robinson are good names to be able to throw around.

Holy crap, that is the largest number of recruits in a class I've ever heard of. I guess they needed it since their whole team from last year left, but still. What the heck? I'll just about guarantee at least half of them leave within a year or two. Large classes pretty much always get whittled down. Weird.

Money says they retain half that many by this time next year.

The other good questions is whether they will even be very good next year while having all that talent. Yes, they're young, but when you've got a class stuffed with top 50 guys, there's no excuse for finishing 5th in the Pac - which sounds about right as to where they will finish, just based on recent history.

And this now puts them how many games under .500

He does such a crappy job with the talent he brings in... I just don't get it.

Aw c'mon, if we were in the vicious Pac-12, we'd be doing even worse.

:lmao:

UW added former PG Will Conroy as an assistant coach yesterday. The Huskies were a perfect 0-4 against GU with Conroy at the point.

Pac 12 and the best city on the west coat (okay, I'm biased) are major selling points. Romar is a good human being that pretty much everyone likes. Being African American probably helps too.

SCANDAL!

I agree, except I dont like Seattle as a city or location.

Washington always seems to recruit well and always underperforms. So essentially they brought in 9 guys to learn how to play high level ball at a school with a staff that has proven they can't coach worth a crap. Good luck with that UW...

6 forwards in 2015? I suspect that at least one of those forwards right now is very unhappy with the addition.

Without exaggerating, I'd bet that half the class is gone after next season...
