Summary: Zags can't count on them being a NCAA tournament team next season.

Anyone know if it is possible to get tickets to this game, or if it is only open to the military? Our granddaughter and her family are stationed there and we might like to go see them if we could get tickets to the game.

My bad, Factor. I meant pre-league but non-conference probably would have been better.

I think it's just for people that are living on the base. The gyms/hangars they've had them in have been very small with VERY limited seating. That might be different this time around, though.

ZG ... just go ahead and enlist ... that way you'll be covered.

Note ... there are times when humor doesn't come across on message boards or the internet. The sentence above was intended to be "humorous" and not serious.

Please, if you don't mind, at what base/fort will this game be held?

THANK YOU!

It would be nice if there were a tune up game before the game in Okinawa.

Tough to get an "official" game to tune up before the "official" season opener for all of college basketball. But I'm sure the the Zags will take advantage of the Exhibition game(s) and/or an "unofficial" scrimmage.

A game is a game. And Pitt is always a tough team to play. It'll be a very good test for Gonzaga. This is going to be a good opportunity for Perkins, Melson, McClellan, Dranginis and Alberts to show that they are ready to fill the gaps that Pangos, Bell and Melson have left.
