Any word?

After the game, he was still squinting and rubbing his visibly irritated eye?

Memories of Blake Stepp's scratched cornea came to mind...

Hope all OK!

Iowa thinking their 7'1" center will dominate our slow, uncoordinated, loof of one.

If healthy, Karnowski gonna go pound town on them!

As good, mobile, quick as White is, Iowa fans REALLY overvalue their bigs and undervalue ours, simply b/c they play in Big 10. They cannot admit that Gonzaga would feature not only one of the biggest, yet actually, one of the most talented as well. They can't admit the latter for the life of them.

When I shared Wiltjer was a McDonald's AA, they were shocked beyond belief. Stigma.

Also, Karnowski and Sabonis are on NBA radars, none of Iowa bigs are...not to mention they were considered 4 & 5* recruits according to Fran Fraschilla, ESPN's Euro analysis.

On sportswriter Jim Meehan's Twitter feed, he posted this:

Karnowski, after getting poked in eye Friday: "It hurt at first, but I'm fine. Vision was a little blurry. Today I woke up and I was right."

He will be fine. I think he comes in with a passion.

I hope he also comes in with eye protection.

He really will be twins w/ Xavier's Stainbrook if he does.
