Most automatic shooter in the 15-18 foot range (flex offense) that I ever recall seeing at GU. He was truly a machine

A lot like Haws. Great mid-range game

Jim lived in Desmet in a single room all 4 years I think. He was a junior/senior when I was a freshman/sophmore living there. Funny, he had gray hair even as a junior in college. He could sure shoot the rock though...those games against LMU were lots of fun to watch.

Thanks for the link to the story...I hadn't heard where he ended up.

                  Darned good lawyer

He also helps run the Dan Fitzgerald HS tournament ("The Fitz") for boys and girls teams every year at LC in Spokane.

I also lived in Desmet when Jim was a Junior/Senior. 4th floor.. we must have been classmates. Jim is truly one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I went to law school with him too. He epitomizes what it is to a be a Zag!

Jim was as good on the court as he was off of it.

Not that it really matters, but Jim certainly didn't live in Desmet all four years. At least not his and my junior year as I had the privilege, if you want to call it that, of being the R.A. of the 4th floor Penthouse.
