Anyone have any new info on the lear jet?
When do they plan to actually put it into service?

        Is this a joke?

discussed a while back, some boosters are paying for it and allowing the bball team to use it.

it will say "gonzaga bulldogs" on the side and have the bulldog head on the back

maybe it will be somehow be at the spokane airport when clark is dropped off to leave?!

It's no joke, there is a thread from several months ago about it.

like to see 7'5" 385lb Will Foster try to fit in a commercial flight for about six hours and be ready to play BB.

                    Someday I hope

that Butler might be able to afford a second-hand Cessna float-plane. Only downside would be that all recruits have to live on a piece of water greater than 800 meters long.

Jim Meehan said he'd be doing a big article about it soon.

It will be nice to have a charter plane for the guys. Imagine being Will Foster, on a regular flight, unless he gets the exit row, he has his knees to his shoulders just to fit in the seat. It will be good to help cut down on the travel/airport time.

Who gets to be the lucky pilot? One of the Alumni? Will they get free tickets to the games? I'm pursuing my license as we speak and well, I could possibly accept such an offer.

                            my understanding is

GU will be leasing, or renting by the hour, a jet that is or will be owned by a wealthy Spokane Businessman & Zag fan whose last name is Wolff. It reportedly will fly the Zag logo. this from a fellow whose name rhymes with spritzer.
