Who can fill me on what are the specific recruiting violations for which Bennett is being suspended?

If you have 7 or 8 hours to kill, here is the report. The international recruit in question was actually a French player (who never attended SMC) and not an Australian, which is/was widely assumed. This was done by an assistant coach. Page 5 of the report covers the incident.
