Austin played 13:00. He had 4 points, 3 rebounds, 4 fouls (1 against Kelly), 1 steal.

I thought he looked stronger than he has with the Grizzlies and Pistons.

I agree, Austin has definitely bulked up in the shoulders. I enjoyed that interview. An older, eager player humbled enough to know this is a make or break season for him in terms of sticking in the League.

Hope Shem-Nasty is paying attention....staying in college and getting your body NBA ready can be a very smart career move (see: Kelly Olynyk).

Then again, as an English major in college I would have definitely left college early to sign a 3-year guaranteed money contract with the N.Y. Times (or Wall Street Journal) if they came callin'! :)

It was fun seeing Austin Daye and Kelly banging against each other and falling to the court.

Austin played 10: 11. He had 5 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists, 6 fouls, 1 TO, 1 block. So both of our Zags fouled out tonight!

Austin played 6:36. He had 3 points (all from 3/4 free throw shooting) 1 block, 1 rebound.

He did not attempt any field goals. It seems an odd stat line, but I did not get to see the game.

Austin played 9 seconds  Did not see it, so don't know what happened. He had a blank stat line.

Is Daye hurt? I just saw that he is averaging 0.5 points and 0.3 rebounds per game. If he is hurt those numbers might make sense. If he is not hurt, why don't they waive him?

Go Bulldogs!

He has been listed as inactive the last 3 games (and maybe some more that I did not keep up with while I was in Maui).

No word about an injury. Just checke--he hasn't played in a game since 11/20. (and then only 43 seconds). Have no clue what's going on.

2 points and 2 boards for Austin the other night. He hit his only shot. At least he saw the court.

Ouch

Hindsight's 20/20 but maybe he should have stayed in college longer? Tough balance between getting paid early and potentially getting paid more when you're more mature (or losing it all due to decline or injury).
