Looks like Norfolk State (16-0 in the MEAC) went down 70-68 (in overtime) to a team that was 7-9 in the MEAC.

that has got to hurt the entire program at Norfolk. they were looking at the 16 seed play in game and they do not have one single 150+RPI win.
