Who has nation's longest winning streak now?

Louisiana Tech lost last night, snapping their 18 game winning streak. Who has the longest now, and where are the Zags on that list?

That leaves GU and Norfolk State as the only two teams so far to complete their Conference Season undefeated (from my skim of conf. records) - with Memphis needing to win against UAB to be the third.

Isn't this Home Court winning streak? The Zags have more consecutive wins than that!
Not even a smile? What's your problem!

Nope. Butler got squeezed in during the regular season.
          But we don't play nobody.

Gonzaga is tied for 21st longest home winning streak, at 10.

South Dakota State leads with 30.

The Mid-American Athletic Conference (MEAC) has a strange, poor way of scheduling:
              1. The top team in their conference, Norfolk St (16-0), did not even play one single regular season game with the 2nd place team in their conference, North Carolina Central (15-1).
              2. Plus I noticed that many teams in the MEAC played their first conference game at the beginning of December, but then didn't play their second conference game until early January.

Looks like Norfolk State (16-0 in the MEAC) went down 70-68 (in overtime) to a team that was 7-9 in the MEAC.

Gonzaga now only behind Davidson in length of winning streak.

Looks like GU scheduled Davidson too early.

The only team with a longer win streak is a team that GU defeated in the Old Spice Classic.

that has got to hurt the entire program at Norfolk. they were looking at the 16 seed play in game and they do not have one single 150+RPI win. Maybre NIT if they are lucky.

Regular season champions that fail to win their tournament are automatically given a berth in the NIT. Those numbers growing.
So many brackets, so little time.

I'm glad those kids have another chance to redeem.
