Heister or Vitale?

Wow, If I had to choose I would choose meld the two together to get a Veister or Heitale.

But given the clout of gameday and the huge national stage... my vote goes to Vitale.

It pains me to say this.. but Heister. Why? Because when Heister starts to blather on and on... he becomes white noise and you can focus on the game. Dookie V's voice penetrates 4 foot thick steel walls built to withstand a nuclear blast. You cannot tune him out.

If I hear "diaper dandy" one more time in my life it'll make me curl up on the floor and cry. Can I have a third choice, please?

I'd take Bill Walton over either of them. Enough said.

Throw it DOWN, young man, throw it DOWN!

This is like asking: Would you rather have shingles or a root canal. . .

Perfect analogy Reno: A root canal is over with in a couple hours and you can get NO2 gas or valium so you're "tuned out" out for the ordeal. Herpes Zoster (shingles) is the pain that keeps on giving and giving for your entire life.

Since a root canal rhymes with Vitale, and since herpes zoster rhymes with Heister, I'm going with Vitale, partly because we will have to hear Heister 4-5 more times this year.

Vitale, at least he's somewhat professional.

Vitale, at least he's somewhat professional.

This is true especially when you consider he actually has coached and has experienced what goes on first hand.

However being from Alaska, I relate with Greg and his passion for fishing and the Iditarod sled dog race. I like Heister as a person but basketball commentators should know basketball intimately.
