The TV replay showed Kelly's toe was on the 2 point line on one of this threes. Did that one finally count? And if it did, what was the effect on Las Vegas betting?

Kelly is listed in the box score as being 1 for 1 on three pointers, so if the three pointer that you are referring to was the "one of his" three pointers, then it seems the refs got it right. As far as the impact on betting, the lines I saw were between 5.5 and 6.5. Gonzaga won by 7. If the refs did miss it and counted an extra point, then I suppose some SCU bettors who got in early (when the line was GU -6.5) got burned.

The question was brought up during the game, in the game thread. It was explained that the 3 call could have been over turned, but not after the next dead ball to live ball sequence. Since the officiating crew didn't review it at that point, the 3 call stands.

Can Keating demand a review, like in football?

Games over and it was a three. Just ask Colorado about wrong calls.

OZN,
During the game at the next dead ball after the issue of toe on line, Keating could have asked for review. Ref's would not have to do review but could if they felt uncertain about the call. But once the deadball immediately following the correctable error occurs and the ball is put back into play it cannot be corrected.

Zags were -5.5 so that 1 point would not have mattered.

Most books had the closing line at 5.5, but there were plenty of bettors with a different line. Line opened at 6.5 or even 7 some places and got as high as 7.5 before coming down and closing mostly at 5.5 or 5. With GU winning by 7, one point could definitely make a difference to some bettors.
