I just received my copy of this season's yearbook and they have Gonzaga ranked at #20. Their projected starting lineup is: Kevin Pangos, Gary Bell Jr., Guy Landry Edi, Elias Harris, and Sam Dower. They have the equivalent of two pages of write ups on Few and all our players, save Rem Bakamus, and the five we lost: Sacre, Carter, Moenninghoff, Spangler and Keita. The Blue Ribbon Analysis gives us an A+ for our backcourt, an A- for our frontcourt, an A for both bench depth and intangibles. Part of their wrap up includes this quote from Few;
"I think all of the guys have done a really nice job of not only working out when they're with us, but then going the extra mile and doing stuff outside of practice. I think that's gonna make us a really, really deep team this year, and a really balanced team this year."
They finish by saying, "If Karnowski is as advertised, and perhaps even if he's not, Pangos, Bell and Harris could help engineer a season for the ages."

A personal aside. While drinking the Zag Koolaid this year remember that Dean Smith started coaching North Carolina in 1961-1962 and did not win his first National Championship until 1981-1982.

I get what you are saying and I agree that angst and Few bashing is insane, but Dean Smith did have 3 Final Fours and was runner up in 3 championship games in that time. I like Blue Ribbon but their line-up isn't up to date IMO. If Dower is going to get the tip, then that means the starting 5 will be Pangos, Bell Harris Dower and Karno /Olynyk.

The way Blue Ribbon talks about Gonzaga, you would think they would be ranked higher than #20.
