Are there any prospective Zags playing in this tournament?

DJ Fenner and Josh Martin play for Seattle Prep.

& newly signed forward Luke Meikle plays for B-Prep.

I thought I'd read on here of a Portland kid, but can't remember his name or school.

There may be others also.

Tre'Shaun Lexing plays for Lincoln of Tacoma.

Re: GU Prospects

Meikle from Bellarmine Prep. that early committed to GU.

Fenner is the Seattle Prep long shot kid discussed last week (but probably headed to UW).

Some really great players at Jesuit if you like watching BB.

Jefferson HS from Portland is apparently not participating which is really too bad as Silas Melson was shockingly good at the Rose City Showcase in Portland.

Before you make the drive to Longview it might be smart to inquire as to whether the participating schools will have their full rosters. There are some important AAU events going on this weekend and I wonder whether all the AAU kids will be coming to Longview instead of playing with their AAU teams in California or East. Also, does anybody have a link of which schools play at which venues, and when? The Longview Daily News story had only a few matchups in their linked article. The gyms mentioned are quite a few miles apart for a casual fan that wants to drop by and watch a few minutes of a certain prospect or two.

Schedule (http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:Pyw3V8Pmik0J:www.kentridgebasketbal l.com/linked/WAR%2520OF%2520THE%2520BORDER.xls+%22War+of+the+Bo rder%22+mountlake+terrace&cd=13&hl=en&ct=clnk)

Found this. Hopefully it works.

The gyms aren't too far apart, but not walking distance. 5-10 minutes drive at the furthest from Mark Morris and LCC. The Mark Morris and LCC Gym are 100 yards apart. The two Kelso gyms and Coweeman are across a parking lot from each other. RA Long and Monticello are across a parking lot from each other. Mt. Solo is the only one by itself. From Coweeman to Mt. Solo, it's may 20 minutes. The rest are in the middle.

Looks Like Seattle Prep is doing well so far. No stats yet for Fenner or Martin.
