altar boy. It's hard to imagine he has accomplished so much coming out of nowhere, OR that he still looks so good.

Bing Crosby & John Stockton put Gonzaga University on the map, and this basketball program & Mark Few, have kept them there.

p.s. JS and I share the same birthday. I learned this when looking through a book at Costco several years ago which featured famous people and their birthdays. I was looking for my name and found his. Oddly enough.

Several times during his career with the Jazz he would say something to the refs and get instantly T'd up. With his choir boy looks, I have always wanted to know what he said. It was only a few words but they didn't like it.

Happy birthday to all. JS truly did put GU on the map as much as St. Bing did. And the money that has flowed into GU athletic programs and facilities can be directly traced in my opinion to John Stockton's success and his humble and sportsmanship and professional demeanor.

And JS, your kid is a gamer as well.

and please grab Kyle Dranginis if you haven't already and help coach Few turn him into the best point guard he can possibly be.

I hear that he still has some game in the pickup games at The Warehouse.
