At the Peach Jam--

"Much like Walker, [Jordan] Theodore proved that speed does kill against the Stars' slow backcourt. The Seton Hall bound guard scored 18 points and dished out nine assists. His ball-handling skills and quick stop-start ability had some Stars defenders dropping on the floor."

WIthout knowing anything else, I wonder what happened with this kid. The Zags needs a speedy point guard who can score. Maybe it was just as simple as being close to home, but think about it: Would you go to a school with no TV, no NCAA appearances in recent memory, a school in a league that routinely wipes the floor with said school......OR would a kid do some travelin and wind up with a school who seems to be on the rise in all categories ( GU).

Something seems a bit out of kilter IMO. No doubt the "Hall" is a great school for many reasons but Theodore is there for basketball primarily...although he's a decent student. I wonder what happened.....a prettier face? a better deal? I'm kinda scratchin my head over this as JT seemed to have everything we wanted and vice versa. I know we all wish him well but as the search goes on for a good PG, this one is beginning to hurt.......

Much of this, "will GU regret it", reminds me of a few years ago with Derrick Low and Pmac...

Nope, GU won't regret it. Some GUBoard posters may, but GU won't.
