According to Business Insider, the average price for a beer at Lambeau Field is $5.25, just a quarter higher than Cleveland Browns fans, who enjoy the cheapest beer in the NFL at $5.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the spectrum sits one of the NFL's worst teams. The winless St. Louis Rams, who haven't had a winning season since 2003, charge their fans an average of $9 for a beer, according to the report.

How much for beer at a Seahawks game?

$9 for a single beer is beyond ridiculous. And you can bet it ain't Sierra Nevada either.

I don't know the prices, but I assume its very close to $9 at Century Link. Assuming they have the same price for beer as they do for Sounders games. But i don't buy anything in stadium because it is so damn expensive.

The beer at the Washington Nats games are between and $8 and $9. The Potomac Nats (double A) charge around $6 for crappy beer (Bud light equivalents).

Sounds about right... When I went to Busch stadium for a Cardinal game... Budweiser was 8.50 for a 12 oz beer. We didn't drink much that game.

A less thirsty one, though.

It goes without saying that high beer prices in the stadium do nothing but encourage higher intake in the parking lot before the game.....

That and encourages people to sneak in alcohol.

Which is quite easy to accomplish during the season when many football fans wear snow jackets into the stadium.

I will say this though, the restaurants and bars around CLink love all the traffic they get before Sounders and Seahawks games.
