Since beating UConn in the NCAA's it has been a nightmare at USD for Grier. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Grier who initiates an exit from USD rather than getting fired. Having Grier back in the fold would be nice, but I would prefer to see him land a head coaching job somewhere, unless he came back to the Zags as the coach in waiting, or whatever they refer to it when an assistant has an agreement to take over when the head coach leaves.It's not the size of the Bulldog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the Bulldog!

Not in the near future, Current USD problems might give him 2 years to turn program instead of one if that is decent year. Like Ray if things fail at USD after a year Mark would give him place to land but Tommy is in driver's seat for Top Spot
