Ahead of most speculators. She is too good to pass up. Think her and D-Rose will be pals? ;)

She did good in the interview after. Always crushing on CV's dimes... but she looked good cleaned up. They all did. Some players faces were a little dissapointed at #3 though... I think 1,2 were deadlocks. After that it was just finding matches I think.

Or the fact that you can't pass over the best PG in the draft in 3 or 4 years!

According to the linked site I posted in another thread, the top 4 picks in the WNBA draft receive $46,708, picks 5-8 get $43,205. Moving up from projected pick #8 to actual pick #3 is a nice little pay bump for Courtney.

Congrats to Courtney! We're all proud of you. Now, wouldn't it be nice if Angie Bjorklund winds up in Chicago as well, that is if there's no Seattle pick of course.

Congrats Courtney!! Great achievement!

In watching post-draft videos of her, I'm more and more impressed with her composure, humbleness and character. A great face for the University and for the state.
