No doubt she is the PG of the future...the Shimmell Show!

Cant even put into words how excited I am to watch the game tomorrow...although I am NOT looking forward to that snow in the Pass!

Apparently, Shoni and her sister played in Hoopfest 2010:

Just watched her Krem2 interview. She is as "cute as a little bug's ear"--as my mother would have said.

Definitely will root for her whenever she is not playing the Zags!

She's popular with many of us Oregonians, but that doesn't mean I'm cheering for her tonight.

one of the best freshman basketball players I've ever seen.

She must have driven to the net on every one of our Zags at least once. And in my memory, was never stopped.

In fact she almost made em all, whether coast to coast or just driving and shooting. Incredible range and sense of the game.

I noticed at the end of the game one of the lady Zag coaches gave her a very long hug. I think she was talking to her and likely consoling her and congratulating her, too.

It also made me wonder if we had tried to recruit her. anyone know?

I think in another thread grades were mentioned as the problem.

At one time, Stanford was her top choice, but she was not offered. Understandably, grades would be a major issue with Stanford. However, is Louisville on the other extreme? Do they differ from us much?
