We won a battle...enjoy it! :boxing:

(Oh, and how many times were they going to use the boxing analogy? Got rather tiresome)

Almost as often as "The New King of the Hill" theme vis a vis St. Mary's -- who are now 2-8 .... .200 winning percentage (same as USF) against the Zags over the last 10 games played.

It'd be nice if ESPN could get a re-cap talking head that knew how to pronounce Gonzaga. Same for that tool Farnham, who again pronounced Spokane with a long A. Jeez, farmhand is from the west coast, you'd think he'd know, unless it's an intentional slight. I will say that the dynamic duo of flaming and farmhand did do a 180 in their story line for the last 2 or 3 minutes of last night's game. It must have excruciating for them to back off their SMC angle.

It looked like a fight out there at times, a bloody eye (Gray), a hit to the eye (Dower), and a hit to the nose (Dellie). Boxing analogies seemed appropriate for this game.

Yes, it was a fight, but the tiresome part was seeing the Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Roberto Duran and the Holyfield vs. Bowe spot that they ran...what 3 or 4 times....I wasn't referring to the commentators. They did ok other than the same ol' "Gone-Zaga" faux pas...(like a rash that won't go away)

But we are all used to that right? (Not)

GO ZAGS!!!!
