Perhaps, you guys could work out a nice chant for Sam.

Personally... a coordinated SAM! I AM! after every free throw... or something similar?

In the Bulletin yesterday he suggested that the KC start doing some cheers in Latin. He said that would be original enough to get on ESPN highlights.

"Veni, Vidi, Vici" comes to mind. They just need to have Father Hightower help them switch it to first person plural.

I think someone needs to brush up on their Latin.

I got that one from Colleen McCullough series of books set in Ancient Rome. Good thing this blog site does not recognize Latin.

This is probably not what Fr. Hightower had in mind.

Silicon, in honor of our great win yesterday, I would hope that you would do a poem in Latin, and also provide an English translation. My Latin is limited to the words I mouthed as an altar boy.

......SAM . . I AM .. SAM .. I AM ..SAM..I AM ..SAM..

SAM I AM .. SAM I AM ..SAM I AM .. YAYYYY CLAPCLAPCHEERYELLHOOT (END)

Forget Latin - they should "paint it gray" for Senior night.

Repetitio est mater studiorum. Oh wait, no, that's Fr. Spitzer's line.
