    GU License plates

I just got some of the GU License plates for our second car yesterday in Spokane. The sales must not be going that swiftly since I got #959 and it is 18 months into the program. Once the plates pay for themselves, profits go to the GU Alum Association for scholarships.

    They cost $45.

I wish I could get one here in California :-(
There's no such thing as "garbage time" - there's only the time to crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women.

That is what is best about being a Zag.

I know BrassZag. If we could get them in CA that would be sweet, I would totally get them.

          Not Living in Washington...

Living elsewhere shouldn't deter from showing GU pride on your license plates. My three vehicles carry the personalized plates ZAGS, ZAGS 1, and ZAGS 2.

Try to find anything in California that isn't like Zags476 or whatever - though my wife and I have the (in our case since we are both grads, grammatically correct) Gonzaga Alumni license plate frame.

I must have gotten mine right after you. Mine is 960. I know a lot of people planning on getting plates when their tabs expire. That's the reason I picked mine up when I did.

the real rush for these must have been at the beginning because I got mine a year ago (March 2006) and it's #463, incredible that in all of Washington state they have only sold 500 in the last year!

I think the school is surprised by the slow sales as well. I remember the alumni assoc. sent out notification last month of some sort of special incentive to the person who got #1001 (or was it #1010 ), in an effort to promote more sales.

When does this happen? How many plates must be sold?
