While Gary Bell, Jr. has been receiving vague, non-detailed kudos on his play, his backcourt partner Tony Wroten, Jr. is getting all the ink. I hope Tony goes to UW. :)

No mention of Kyle Wiltjer yet, at least none that I've found. As good as he looked at state, if he's at Boo Williams, we should be reading something soon.

Post info here when/if you see any.

This webpage provides handy links to all the rosters (http://prephoopsassist.com/2010/04/11/2010-boo-williamsnike-elite-youth-basketball-league-schedule-recaps-stories-and-rosters/)for teams playing in the Boo Williams/Nike Elite Youth Basketball League, including:

Seattle Rotary (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/recruiting/basketball/mens/news/story?id=5067264) - Gary Bell. Also, I don't know why I didn't know Anrio Andams was also on the roster.

Drew Gooden Soldiers (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/recruiting/basketball/mens/news/story?id=5065453) - Wiltjer and Johnson, plus Kori Babineaux, who also has the Zags listed.

FOH Seattle (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/recruiting/basketball/mens/news/story?id=5065514) - Darien Nelson-Henry and Brett Kingma

Bob, I agree. In the games I have watched, Tony Wroten is the antiZag. He is arrogant beyond belief. The world revolves around him in his mind. I could go on and on and on about his obnoxious on-court antics, but suffice it to say that AS SOON as any adversity hits, he falls apart and starts SUCKING.

If Romar is stupid enough to go after him because of his reputation as an athlete then I will sit back and enjoy watching the results.

No way, no how, NEVER is Tony Wroten Zag material. I'm not as involved in Zag hoops as I once was, and I don't have the ear of anyone who matters anymore at GU, but by God I still know what Zag material should be. And Tony Wroten Jr. ain't it.

Never have seen Wroten so I can't comment either way. I just figure if he does go to UW, our chances with Gary Bell, Jr. go up cinsiderably, a kid I was very impressed with when I saw him live at GU's Team Camp last June.

Anyway, not a thing about Wiltjer or Bell by any of the better-known analysts who were in attendance this weekend. Nada, nil, nuttin'. They must be Gonzaga recruits, lol. :)

Btw, Gary will be at GU's Team Camp, June 27 thru June 30. Mark it on your calendars.

Wroten is as cocky off the court as he is on it.

I tend not to buy the "Zag material" stuff anymore but Wroten just isn't a guy that would fit in well with our team. Bell Jr., on the other hand, would be just fine.

Does Wroten still do that dribble between the leg before every free throw? Very silly IMO.

Kyle Wiltjer has Kansas, Gonzaga, Cal, Stanford, Arizona State, Kentucky, Texas and USC on him. He’ll play this summer with the Canadian U-18 team. … Hikeem Stewart (brother to Lod and Rod Stewart) indicated Washington, Washington State, Seattle had offered with interest from Santa Clara, UCLA and Gonzaga.

I'll be there.
