Hear ye! Hear ye! GUZagDenver has spoken his prophecy for all to hear.

If he states there is no chance to recruit thee, then it must be so. Our efforts are futile.

Although we may not land Pangos, we certainly have a shot given our Canadians on the squad.

The speculation that is the off-season is my favorite time on the board, and ZN is a goddess when it comes to providing information. Thank you, thank you.

          Go Zags!!!

Pangos is very interested in Gonzaga. Doesn't mean GU will get him, but they have a shot.

Here's the official website. Teams haven't been announced yet.

Kevin's going to be in Hamburg, Germany, for the FIBA U-17 Championship July 2-11. Should be fun!

The Crown Magazine piece mentions a successful trip to Italy for Kevin and his Hoop Factory Elite but didn't mention just how successful! Details come from an article on basketball.ca! "Pangos was named MVP of the tournament despite being one of the younger players in this 1991 age group event."
HoopFactory Canada was made up of mostly 1993-born athletes, but they battled and lost a tough championship game 86-82 against Torrelodenes from Madrid Spain. The tournament final was broadcast across Italy and other portions of Europe.

The Spaniards who featured 4 import players from Serbia, Ukraine, Montenegro and Denmark wore down HoopFactory with there size and strength.

HoopFactory Canada was lead in the final by Cadet National Team Members Kevin Pangos (Holland Landing, Ontario)with 28pts and Nick Lewis (Scarborough, Ontario) with 21pts.
                  ...

Pangos was named MVP of the tournament despite being one of the younger players in this 1991 age group event.
                  Eurohopes.com offers this briefer report.

He'll come if we can get the Royal Canadian Air Force to pick him up and just drop him!

BZ...seems like young Kevin is just getting better and better. He looks like he'd fit here. What are our chances? Are we after him in a meaningful way or just flirting? M

Both parties are very mutually interested.

We haven't had a versatile comple PG in years! It shows too. Just Santa bring me a passer, a shooter, a speedy kid who knows the offense...and one who makes FT's, shoots 40% from3 and is a great midrange shooter...oh and don't forget that he must be fearless and will drive the key. And then he must be a hardnosed defender too....and no turnovers!

Any of you guys think that'll work?
