He is also an accomplished football player but--

Houston Select point guard Demetri Goodson has Texas A&M in his top five.
Goodson hasn't disappointed as he has increased his level of play throughout the spring. He is a master at distributing the ball and running the offense as he led Select into the third day and the round of 16 at Next Level.

"Cincinnati, Gonzaga a whole bunch of schools have offered me now that they've seen me play," Goodson said. "I'm starting to get a whole bunch more schools looking at me now."

But right now Goodson is focusing on basketball his first love.

So is this our PG of the Future if he accepts?

That would be the last open offer slot for 2008 right? Or am I crazy?

Theodore
Goodson
Rotnei Clarke

And some others. Only the staff knows who they like/want the most. All we can do is discuss them and give our opinions. All seem to be darn good and each one brings something different to the table. It likely all boils down to "fit" and who wants to be a Zag. The competition is stiff.

Goodson was being recruited by Turgeon when he was at Wichita State. It is no surprise whatsoever that Mark has carried the recruitment over to his new job at A&M.
