This game will never be in doubt. The Zags will need to get up for it though, and I know they will. Let's give Bill Grier some "HOME COOKING." Someone is going to go off tomorrow for 30+ for the Zags. Could it be Steven? It would be nice to see him find his shooting touch.

I can hardly wait for the game. I'm still feeling the afterglow from last night's game. I hope we look that good again. THE WHOLE TEAM. Like everyone else, I'm excited to see Will play. He has become a folk hero I think. The ovations he got last night were great. He looked so HAPPY.

Go Zags!

Hopefully we don't let down after a big win on Thursday.

I see us starting out slow, like we have lately. Once we get going, it isn't much of a contest. USD is depleted and defeated - they are not going to be coming in here looking to win. Would they like to? Of course, but they know it isn't going to happen.

I am concerned about Gray's shot. I wonder what is going on there. It used to be that when he had a wide open three I assumed it was going in. Nowadays I actually assume it is going to miss and I start looking for who is boxing out and where the rebound is going to land.

If Steven can get a good flow going I think he can drop 25 on USD. Harris is more than capable of dropping 30 on USD but I have a feeling we won't see a ton of our starters if the game gets completely away from USD late in the game.

I look for a low scoring affair. Zags score in the low 70s.

Kind of a trap game, but the wheels have fallen off the cart for USD. Any other team in the WCC would have me a little concerned.

Spot on, no idea what's going on down in the Whale's Vagina (can I say that here?) but there are problems.

GU an 18 point fave Saturday night, I think Few calls the dogs off. O/U is 131 so maybe GU 71-60? I don't see it being that low scoring though.

I hope SD just gives Grier two more years.

Might be a good time to run a bunch of stuff for Steven & let him shoot his way out of the slump.

USD was missing Johnson and Jackson for the Portland game. But they have been pretty bad even with those two in the lineup. Johnson isn't really having as great a season as I thought he would. As Das Zagger said, I hope they give Grier a couple more years.

From article on the Portland game: "USD played without its two leading scorers for the season. Senior Brandon Johnson, who was averaging 14.6 points, missed the game with a groin injury. Senior De'Jon Jackson, averaging 12.0, suffered a season-ending knee injury last week."

The game will have a real sluggish feel to it, after the high drama of Thursday's huge win.

At the eight minute timeout in the second half, Few senses the need for a drastic change in momentum. He grabs WooHoo out of the crowd, and gives him the microphone. WooHoo exhorts the team and the crowd to pull one out for the WooHoo'er, and thus inspired, the Zags pull out an easy win. The team puts WooHoo on their shoulders as the final credits run, ending the most PMTA weekend trip in history.

Bill Grier gets to see again why he and leon campaigned so hard for Matt's signing with us.

Few will not pile on but the outcome will never be in doubt.

Slow game to start. I see the Zags pulling up by 15 or so and using 10-11 guys. He won't want a blowout, but the bench players will play hard and the score will eventually push up to 20+

I see lots of time for the bench to play. SD tries to slow down the Zags offense, but are completely overmatched.

Exactly. Every SD pass is a potential turnover.

Zags up by 30, then coast to a win.

Go ZAGS!

20 or more.

We've got the kind of depth that "should" keep scoring no matter how many substitutions we make.

That said, the Billy factor might cause a little pause for Few et al. But not our players. So roll on, I say. And have a great time in the process.
