Was that the first made free throw of his career?

I laughed for about 1 minute straight after that. I think it was one of my five favorite Gonzaga moments in history.

The team really fed Will the ball well tonight. I think his teammates are really just use to delivering up high (no pun intended). When it is up there he has no problems catching it and making something happen. Did everyone notice how smooth the second free throw was. Nothing but net, sweeeeeet.

The cbssports.com web site showed Will as 0 for 8 on previous free throws. Most have been too hard - off the back iron - no wrist, all arm like a catapult.

Yes, the second one was much more natural and fluid.

Steven jumping up and forming a W with his hands was my favorite.

Thanks, Sully.... now I get to watch it again and again. Nice pass from GJ to Will by the way, just before the foul shots.

I think Will felt very good about his effort against Portland, at the end of the game Will took the game ball over to the bench and set it down. Watching him do that, I had the feeling he planned to keep it.

hes down to earth with what he is and what he isnt; Its the tail end of confrence play of his senior year; he has a sence of humor and hes going to finally have some fun. Helps that hes playing fairly decent too.

Thanks for the Youtube. My satalite feed cut out with about 3 minutes left and no espn360 avalible in my area.

This is what makes sports great, especially after the lows of the USF game this moment was just absolutely perfect. Will having a glory moment, playing great and the team, fans, ect. all enjoying the ride.

The reaction reminds me of Andrew Sorenson last year--when he made his first couple of baskets. Just a great reaction from the team. Seeing them jump around, celebrating was so cool!
