This class should be mandatory

This class should not be taught by Krause(great coach but he obviously couldnt do much worse in this area)

The class should be run like circuit training

shoot FTs

jump rope

shoot FTs

run lines

shoot FTs

run laps

shoot FTs

rinse lather repeat

Noise should be pumped in and the lights should be turned on and off randomly.

A student should be paid to look like Omar Samhan and talk trash while the players shoot.

There should minimum performance standards required to be a starter.

IE a starting guard should shoot greater than 65%- if a starter cant achieve the minimum they should be cut.(a couple players may need to start practicing now)I dont anticipate anyone would get cut if they put in a moderate amount of work. There are little kids in my neighborhood that shoot 70% from the line.

I would bet that should this be implemented we would win 4 more games next year that we otherwise would have lost.

What is winning 4 more games worth?
What would 4 more wins do for recruiting? fundraising? the conference? the athletic budget? coaches bonuses?

Please find a way to toughen up and make the free ones, I beg you - our future depends on it.

Rick Barry should teach that class.

I hate to say this, but Gonzaga shoots FT's worse at the Kennel than on the road. If you pump in some noise, they are liable to shoot a better percentage.

I dont care if its Rick Barry, Chuck Berry, or Chuck Norris

Actually given those options I would go with Mr. Norris
-more discipline

(stop the 3, make the free)

Grades should be determined after the first month of the season:

5%age points improvement = C
10%age points improvement = B
15%age points improvement = A
20%age points improvement = A+ (I can dream, can't I? :p I miss Raivio!)
