    Major Concern?

The freethrow % continues to be very poor

    F Throw % 1st Half: 8-14 57.1% 2nd Half: 7-15 46.7% Game: 51.7%

Not sure what is the best solution, but it is going to bite us in a close game.

    Anyone else as concerned?

Other than more practice what can we do?

Help sink the so called "free ones"!

It's the downfall of not having many good shooters on the team, the FT and the ability to go absolutely stone cold from anything in jump-shooting ranger is a real concern obviously.

As we saw in the Duke game, when it happens it just gets ugly.
Hopefully it doesn't happen too much in WCC play.

      It sounds overly simple......

but the guys with the ball are the guys who shoot the free throws. Rob and Meech are not good free throw shooters, and they have the ball a lot. We have to have a point guard who can shoot at least 80% from the line (man I miss Raivio) or he is a liability. Rob shoots an OK percentage for a big man, but due to the double teams he is seeing on every possession now, he is not scoring many baskets to offset his free throw woes. The guys who are good free throw shooters need to have the ball more. That means Matt, Steven, Elias, Manny, and Bol need the majority of the touches and the shots, until we figure out a way to get Rob the ball in one-on-one situations.

      My two cents........
