Of course, this is subject to change. It's only early December. But from the games and teams you have seen, which four teams look the best to you? My list--

1. Syracuse (very impressed with this team, post-Jonny Flynn, ironically)
2. Kentucky (young and vulnerable but still look scary with all that talent)
3. Kansas (this was expected this year)
4. Purdue (a favorite of mine from the get-go, I have been very impressed)

Your top four?

But I wouldn't cry if GU replaced Ohio State.

Go Bulldogs! Get Bigger!

Gonzaga (Hey I am a fan)
Kansas (Experience counts, except when fighting the football team)
Texas (The most potent inside outside combo in Nation)
West Virgina (Their two wings are amazing)

You can DO it, Romar! (As long as all games are within a 5 mile radius of UW)

I think Kansas will win it all, but I've been most impressed by West Virginia so far. Their wings are longer and more athletic than anyone in the country. They play tough defense as well.

Florida is going to be in the mix. Just wait for it, they are solid.

only team i really like as a final four team (at this point) is kansas - so i'll list my concerns with other "contenders"

texas - dont trust barnes in the tournament, the horses are there though
nova - still down 2 starters, hard to gauge, might not get their starting C back at all this year - HUGE blow - but tons of depth 1-4
kentucky - so so so young, will all the egos stay in line? a LOT of guys there want to be cashing (bigger) paychecks next year
syracuse - NO PG play, but good zone personnel, rick jackson has been very good so far
florida - no athleticism outside of boynton, really dont like this team, shouldnt even be mentioning them
purdue - not a ton of holes, this could be a good, safe bet, at this time
wvu - im sensing some trouble with ebanks behind the scenes, which wouldnt be a surprise. tough team though, great length, PG issues always possible given track record
carolina - so weak, but very skilled, and young
msu - always struggle early, but finish strong. can they do it again this year? or will this be the year where their early season struggles linger throughout?

i guess if i was forced to pick 4, i'd go with

KANSAS
WVU
NOVA
PURDUE/MSU (i could see them being the west region 1 and getting a very favorable draw)

Your top four?

Everybody is riding the Orange Wave right now and I am not buying it. I give them credit for their solid wins over UNC and Florida but as we have seen, Cal is overrated. They are playing a bunch of cupcakes coming up and I think their dreaded February stretch will takes its toll for the upcoming Big East tourney and March (In Feb: Providence, at Cincy, UConn, Louisville, at Georgetown, at Providence, Villanova).

Kentucky looks very flashy but I think there is something fatalistic about Coach Cal. Like he will never be slated to win the big one. I guess even if they did win it, it would end up being wiped from the record books anyways :D

I will go with: Kansas, Texas, West Virginia, and North Carolina
