This game is at Purdue (ranked 6th, both polls). Good test for the Demon Deacons, playing highly regarded Purdue at the Boilermakers' Mackey Arena. It is for Wake essentially the same test GU had at Michigan State (that is, Top Ten opponent at their place).

While the Zags were winning the EA Maui Invitational, Purdue was winning the Paradise Jam (beating Tennessee in the championship game).

The day after WF vs Purdue, we host WSU, so one might reasonably assume their guys will be watching our game too.
