View Full Version : HELP: Where can I find out what player shoots from the mid-range?

I know there are a ton of advanced stats out there, but what I need is to know what Dwyane Wade's mid-range shooting percentage is? Please and thank you! Someone is telling me he is not a good mid-range shooter, I don't believe it personally, and need some stats to back it up. Don't really care if you agree or disagree I just really badly need to know what his mid-range percentage it?!??

Well, he shoots 52.4% for the year from inside the 3 point line.


Those aren't all dunks and layups.

Stands to reason he MUST have a decent midrange game.

And then if you watch a couple Heat games you can easily confirm that assumption. Wade does a great job hitting midrange shots...he uses the backboard well too.

Holy Schnikeys Batman... that is a stat hound's dream site. Someone has a tremendous amount of time on his hands to analyze that.

I actually found a good one on NBA.com, if you go to stats from the main page and click on hotspots under stats it shows you everything. You have to choose the team then the player then some other things, but it can give you how he shot from each spot during the entire season. It's great:
