It seems like college basketball has the longest offseason.

6.5 months until the start of official practice........

PIT is open to the public? Did not know that. Definitely post reports if you go.

Nascar
Tiger returns (Masters, US Open, British Open, PGA Championship)
IndyCar
Triple Crown
MLB (will M's still suck, will Manny carry Dodgers, etc.)
Tour de France (Lance returns?)
Arop and Olynyk in Fiba New Zealand for U18 World Championships
Elias Harris in Fiba U20 European Championships
Hot dog eating contest (hahah)
NFL and NBA drafts
NFL and college football

I've found that summer movies once a week or so, enjoying Coeur d'Alene and the lake (cruising, picnicking, music in city park, Sherman Ave., Art on the Green, people-watching, etc.), catching a couple Summer Theater productions at NIC (looks like Miss Saigon and The Producers this summer), and going into Gonzaga's team camps to watch recruits (for men and women) helps pass the dog days of the offseason.
