Gonzaga coach Mark Few joined the show to discuss his upcoming game against North Carolina:

-- Few said his team isn't intimidated by North Carolina. Few said that if every team played their top game, the Heels win it all. But that's not always the case.

-- Few said that Gonzaga guard Demetri Goodson is probably the second fastest player in college basketball, so the Zags are capable of simulating Ty Lawson in practice.

-- Few says Gonzaga is hard to put in a box. It's been in the top 25 for the last 10 years, and the Zags can play anyone, anywhere at any time. And the staff is well compensated. Nothing about the program says mid-major. Few said same thin applies to Xavier.

-- Few also commented on Gonzaga alum John Stockton. Few said Stockton was better in the NBA than college. Few works out with Stockton three times a week, and said he can still play basketball. Few said an NBA team would be wise to pick up Stockton for the stretch run, because he still plays.

Few told a funny story about Stockton's father ripping Few to shreds for switching colors. (Gonzaga goes red once in a while)

My favorite part of the interview was when Few said that they had made progress with John Stockton's shorts length. Few said John's 1/2 to 3/4 down the thigh now, but still not touching the kneecap. He must have his own personal supplier, because I can't remember the last time I found something like that at the store.
