If Bankhead follows Bill Grier to San Diego what do you think about Michaelson taking Bankheads place? I don't know if he is interested in coaching at all but it seems from his blog that he certainly knows enough about the game to be a valuable resource for someones coaching staff.

Michaelson would be great. EK wouldn't suck either. I guess we'll see.

There are a lot of former Zags that would be good in that position... Michaelson, Knight, Calvary (I don't know how into coaching he'd be, though - having a legit "big guy" coach our current bigs would be nice I think)

A certain Mike Nilson comes to mind. Definetly would help the defensive problem.

Who does specialize in developing the big guys?

Richard Fox, though I don't know if he pictures himself as a coach or whether others consider him coach material.

I know he has invested in property in Spokane and set up roots, knows and loves the game and is very articulate on local radio play by play.
