How does one determine if the Zags game will be featured around 4:25 PST on Bay Area CBS??

Good question. Just checked the online CBS affiliates for LA and SFO, and no mention of the "specific" games being broadcast.

Someone have the web site for CBS's national coverage map?

zap2it listed this for the bay area:
(my guess is LA will have the same 4)

Cal St - Northridge vs Memphis

Cal vs Marland

(no UW game)

GU vs Akron

UCLA vs VCU

Since this is the main game, but GU isn't local, be prepared for lots of cut-aways to other games. Especially if the game isn't close or there are other very close games about to end. So have your computer/radio/whatever ready as a back up if you don't want to miss any of the game.

Also if GU's game runs late for whatever reason, it's possible they will cut to the tip of the UCLA game.

Jim Hill of CBS2 in LA just confirmed this schedule. My TimeWarner CBS2 HD channel is 402. Hope this helps.

Let the games begin!
GO ZAGS!!!

Not Wanting to look ahead except for scheduling my Saturday. When would the winner of the Zag/Zip game play the winner of the Illini/Toppers game on Saturday?

Ziggy.yes. It's a very quick turnaround in these regionals. Thurday's winner has 24 hrs off and then it's right back to it on Saturday. Beat AKRON! But I'm hoping we win on Saturday too! BEAT AKRON first!!!
